If during the course period, the lessons are interrupted by the dog owner/handler for any reasonable reason, including the illness of the dog, the Family Member, (FM), may choose to continue the instruction during a future course
period at no additional cost.
All courses, course content & scheduling, instructors & fees are subject to change without notice. Re-scheduling and refunds will be made on a case by case basis if re-scheduled courses prevent the dog owner/handler from
completing that current course component.
No portion of the course fee is refundable after the first session begins.
24 hours notice must be given by the Family Member in order to cancel a scheduled lesson or that lesson will be consolidated into the next weekly session.
Thank you.
Due to the complexities of animal and human behavior, and environmental stimuli beyond our control, How's Bentley does not guarantee the success of behavior modification or training programs. Some behaviors can be successfully
managed and controlled and some behaviors have underlying components that no one or no plan can successfully control or eliminate. How's Bentley uses well researched, scientific techniques to train and modify behavior. As members
of two professional organizations dedicated to the advancement of humane scientific proven methods, we have a vast pool of colleges to keep us abreast of the rapidly changing companion animal counseling and training field. How's
